WTF. Just .. WTF ?
I am only able to see Question from a week ago .. it´s been like this for nearly a month.
And don´t bother with the old "Clean your Cookies, etc."

To see the newest Questions, at the top of the Question list make sure Answer is underlined Not Discover and the newest questions will be there.
You can click the white pin so it turns orange on the Categories you use most when Answer is underlined and those Categories will show on the left side of the page under your name so you can just click that and it will go to the most recent questions.

The Discover tab is network and popular questions in no order. Click on Answer to see the new questions.

If you're looking under the default Discover tab you'll get the older questions. Try switching to the Answers tab for more recent questions.
