As a 36 year-old male who my entire life have been slightly under-weight it is Difficult for me to understand you. My Girlfriend has often tried to lose weight with little or no results.

How did you get there ?

Do you eat obscene amounts of food or this Genetical ?

What part of losing weight is Difficult for you ? ( assuming that you want to lose weight )

A user asked how she might lose 15 pounds in a month .. This issue of losing weight seems like plain common sense to me and I´m sure that 15 pounds can be lost in 2 days .. in fact I think i have done it many times even though it was never in my interest to lose weight.

Is it not a simple case of common sense ?

i.e. : exercise and don´t eat

Because I would think somebody with an excess of 20 kilos could afford to not eat for quite some time.. what do you think ?

I Do .. they are not always fully to blame for this.
