Do Mormons knock on your Door?
I have only ever been approached by them on the street. Just wondering.

Yes, Mormons knock on doors. They're like cats - if you feed them they keep coming back. I used to talk to them when they came to my door - mainly because I truly do love talking about religion - they got the idea that I was interested in their faith so they kept coming back. I had to hide from them every week, they finally got the clue.

No, because I'm Mormon and they usually know the homes of where members live.
And yes, now they hardly knock doors anymore. There's a lot of online proselyting to do now.

Not since my recent move. They used to show up at the place I moved from about 2-3 times a year. One place I used to live had Mormons knocking on the door just about every month. Far worse were the JWs that used to show up at least once a week, often twice a week, at one apartment I lived in. I eventually had to threaten to call the police on them if they didn't stop showing up.

Mormons don't knock on doors that much anymore. Years ago when I was young, they went door-knocking all the time. But now they apply better methods much more often.

If they aren't doing anything else
Missionaries of THE Church Of JESUS CHRIST Of Latter Day Saints,
might knock some doors, but usually they are too busy with scheduled appointments.
Perhaps Mormon Missionaries should be called Mormon tutors or... gospel of Jesus Christ tutors in the basics... but that is a little wordy, so I suppose the words "Mormon Missionaries" will do.

Mormon Missionaries are often too busy giving lessons to interested knowledge-seekers so they normally don't have time to knock doors, but once in a blue moon they still do, from time to time if they get a few minutes here or a few minutes there... or if all of their appoints cancelled, but that is pretty rare, usually there is much to do for a Mormon Missionary... the field is white and already to harvest.
The interest (among those who are the kind of people who seek for knowledge sincerely)
in the teachings of Jesus Christ, are very high, and it is understandable why.

I don't remember a Mormon ever knocking on my door, but I have seen them about before. Jehovah's witnesses, though... at my door, on the street, even on a dating site once.

I used to get approached on the street, and have them knock on my door all the time, but I haven't seen them do that in a long time.

They don't. I've never seen a single one where I live now. Where we used to live we only saw two in 40 years or so. They didn't hang around long. Especially since the neighbors all pointed them our way to avoid their spiel.
We are ex-mormons. Deliberately.
