A small percentage ( 10 according to some sources ) of women are able to have orgasms .. only some these eject a liquid from their vaginas when they have it.
This liquid Does NOT have a name .. nor does the process of ejecting it have a name
This is just too weird

Oh boy! Ok I'll bite!
All women can orgasm, some will stop themselves during the process due to fear, some women have an exceedingly hard time mentally letting go mentally because women are not always great at focusing on the present.
Female ejaculation is a bit more tricky. Vaginal wetness is not an orgasm, some women can squirt but with hard orgasm ( it's not like porn, those girls are peeing across the room, gross)
Sex is natural not weird! Female orgasms are normal. Stop villinizing women sexual and saying they are weird, then they wouldn't have so much fear and could actually enjoy sex and orgasm!!

Put it this way all women have orgasms; just because there's not always rockets bursting in air doesn't mean they're not orgasmic.
They could be as minute as the flutter of butterfly wings.

that percentage of women being able to have an orgasm is entirely not correct that's all I'll say on the matter
