Pamela Geller's Muhammad cartoon contest: What bothers left-wing nuts most about this event?

- The exercise of free speech

- Cartoons of Jesus were not allowed

- Jihadist & terrorists are offended

- Rioters/looters did not burn down the city

Update:

@ZILLA

"Free speech, but Jesus cartoons weren't allowed.

Interesting."

You conveniently missed the part about it being a Muhammad cartoon contest, NOT a Jesus cartoon contest.

Interesting.

    That this group chose to singularly critique Islam.

    Liberals will tolerate a gentle critique of Islam as long as Christianity is vilified in the process. They appear incapable of critiquing the former on its own. Do not misread this as the outcome of an equitable nature. They have nothing of the sort. They will readily and gleefully critique Christianity on its own.

    If these cartoonists know that their satirical or even blasphemous cartoons upset Muslims why do they create these cartoons? Whatever happened to having respect and compassion for others? Seriously, what kind of morons decide they want to upset others? if I knew saying certain things, especially anti religious things bothered a friend or even someone I just met, of I knew my jokes were upsetting them, I would not say them. These cartoonists remind me of annoying people you get stuck talking to at a party or even just standing in line at a store, these boobs keep saying crap that is NOT funny, or is racist, or is ignorant, you give them a look to let them know you don't appreciate their sense of humor, but they are so self centered that they just keep going on with their crap., All someone has to tell me is they do not want to hear something I am saying and I stop ( I have touched on topics with certain family members who have told me they do no want to discuss it. As far as jokes, no one face to face has ever told me my jokes were offensive, but if they did I would stop. These cartoonists are seriously annoying and like poring gasoline onto the fire. Are they so dim wittted that they cannot respect others wishes to not mock, ridicule or blaspheme their religion? I feel sorry for whoever has the unfortunate experience of knowing and having to interact with these fools.

    I think the violence that occurred was horrible and there is no justification for it and at the same time I'm disgusted by a bunch of hatemongers who now are crying about their victimization and claiming martyrdom. It's disgusting, Pamela Gellar got exactly what she was hoping for.

    Well, had the shooters mowed down 30 or 40 cartoonists...........would the problem have been clear then?

    Those who go looking for a sh*tstorm shouldn't be surprised when turds start falling from the sky.

    We have thousands of troops in the Middle East, and as long as we have troops in those areas it is somewhat irresponsible to have a well publicized "Muhammad Cartoon Contest". I have no problem with political cartoons, and support freedom of speech, but we owe it to those in war zones to not be part of the problem .

    They knew this was going to happen and they were prepared, having spent over $ 10,000 on security.

    They prefer Islam to the Bill of Rights. Harsh but true.
