How come Wade Barrett calls himself "King Barrett" instead of "King Wade"?

You're supposed to call yourself "King (first name)". Usually monarchs don't even have a last name, like Wade's own Queen Elizabeth has no last name.

    he's not Wade Barrett anymore. he's Bad News Barrett. King Bad or King Bad News sounds like nails on a chalkboard if you ask me.
