2000 word essay on IS and Al Qaeda, what to write.?

Question

The Question is...

‘Islamic State is a greater threat to Western countries than Al Qaeda.’ Illustrate your response with reference to recent conflict and terrorism.

I need to break this up so I have 2000 words, at the moment I have...

Para 1 - IS is stronger financially (Oil sales, extrortion ect)
Para 2 - Technological advancements given IS greater western reach (Graphic videos &recruitment)
Para 3 - Al Qaeda and IS fighting each other signicantly weakens both, al qaeda more so as they dont have the resources IS do.

Other than that I'm really lost as with what to add, any help would be appreciated.
