How to calculate 01 day Leave without pay for an employee:?
I have seen that if any employee is having the following pay scale:
Basic: 4000
House Rent: 1000
Conveyance: 500
Food Allow: 500
Other All: 1000
I have to deduct his 01 Day Leave without pay.
How we calculate his 01 day:
a)If month is January
b)If month is February
Give calculation formula also please to understand me.

usually something like leave without pay or the value of vacation or sick leave is based on total paid days in the year divided into the total pay for the year. Unless the pay scale varies month to month based on number of days in the month, then it is not fair to adjust the lwop calculation based on number of days in the month. Usually a full work year is considered 260 days if year round work.
So the formula for one day would be total annual gross pay divided by total number of paid days in the year, regardless of the month.
