The doctor say my wife has hyperthroidism. I need some help for some foods she has to eat or avoid. If best for her write best also for her.

1. Potato which we use for cooking.

2.Can she eat all kinds of beans (Commonly known as Daal in hindi).

3. Egg

4. Yogurt.

Suppose if an employee get Dhs.5000/- per month what is the formula for calculation of per day ?

In some calculations some people divide by 360 days some divide by 365 days i am confused why they use these two craitarias:

eg:

1) 5000 x 12 / 360

2) 5000 x 12/ 365

I have seen that if any employee is having the following pay scale:

Basic: 4000

House Rent: 1000

Conveyance: 500

Food Allow: 500

Other All: 1000

I have to deduct his 01 Day Leave without pay.

How we calculate his 01 day:

a)If month is January

b)If month is February

Give calculation formula also please to understand me.

If my job hours are from 9 am to 6 pm. During this 01 Hr. Lunch time. The Salary salary package is following:

Basic: 5000

House Rent: 1000

Conveyance: 500

Other Allow: 500
