If my job hours are from 9 am to 6 pm. During this 01 Hr. Lunch time. The Salary salary package is following:
Basic: 5000
House Rent: 1000
Conveyance: 500
Other Allow: 500
How will we calculate over time. Please give calculation also so i can understand your valuable answer.

NO IDEA WHAT IS THE COUNTRY YOU ARE LIVING IN, THE RULE WAS DIFFERENT SINCE THIS IS YAHOO USA ANSWER WEBSITE! OVERTIME COUNTING RULE OVER HERE COUNTS ANY HOURS EXISTING 40 PER WEEK IS OVERTIME AND PAY FROM 150% UP TO 200% AS REGULAR HOUR RATE DEPENDS ON THE EMPLOYER'S RULE.
