New Rockford Fosgate speakers crackling on right channel. Pioneer 4100NEX?

Right channel only, tweeter and door speaker (its a 2 way)

It did it on the older radio too, the installers said it was the volume level, but on this radio that's hard to believe because the level isn't that high. If I push the volume to the left, no crackling at all.

Any ideas? I will be swapping the radio out and checking my harness wiring. I will also swap the left and right tweeters to see if it still happens.

Any ideas? Swapped left and right, left being good and it still did it. Something on the right side at high volume is causing issues. I'm going to check my harness and re-solder the wires to make sure nothing is wrong there.
