no it is not weird or strange at all. What I find to be weird or strange if the people under the age of 16 they say they have been dating someone for years. I did not go on my first date real date until I had my first car at age 16

Not at all. I'm 20 and I've never been in a relationship. Like @Nali said, there's people older than you who haven't dated, like us. You don't have to rush things, just wait till you feel the time is right. Life isn't a race, so you still have a lot of time ahead of you. At the end of the day it's your happiness that matters most. So don't start dating just for the sake of it, especially if you don't like that person that much.

No. you are fine. you are going at your own pace. I had my first bf my second year in highschool, and I was terrified the whole time cuz I didnt know what I was supposed to do. I didnt have my first kiss until a little before I was 16. Until I was 18, my longest relationship was maybe 5 months. Then I got into a really good long term job and met my to be husband (I was 18, he was 20). You probably havnt met the girl that is meant for you. dont give in to peer pressure. do what feels right for you.

I didn't get into my first serious relationship until I was 22. Everyone takes things at their own pace. Relax, don't worry about it and enjoy it when it does happen.
