Right now, you don't have the education, skills or work experience required. 19 year olds never get PR because of that. Go back to school, learn either a trade needed here or an advanced education in the sciences. Then go get work experience (2-5 years min) and then apply.

First, you are going to need education, experience & expertise in a field which might qualify you for either a temporary employment visa or immigration. Basically, that's going to be in high-tech (STEM - science, technology, engineering, math) fields with advanced degree(s) plus sufficient experience to have developed expertise which is needed but in short supply.

And work on your English! Your sample here is not even good enough to qualify you to apply to university in any English-speaking country or English-based program.

So start applying to Universities in your country and hopefully doing a STEM degree, then when you have completed your degree, get a couple of years experience and then you are in a starting position to have something to offer Canada that they need/want...so it is a case then of finding a Canadian employer who needs your skills and who will sponsor a work visa for you
