Why does friend thinks I'm a lesbian?😁?
My best friend has always called me a ****** jokingly. But the past 2 days shes being taking it more seriously, saying that I like her and that im a lesbian, she's saying it in a jokey manner but I'm pretty sure she's being serious:/
Im 15 and I've never being out with anyone, I recently turned down a guy.
I do like guys though, I'm just v shy.
I have nothing against lesbians/gays but I don't like being called a lesbian when I'm not one.

Even more curious, why would you imagine that bunch of random, total strangers on the internet would be able to interpret YOUR friend's opinion or actions better than YOU can, when YOU know her and we don't? I'm serious here. How the hell should we know why your friend either thinks your lesbian or pretends to think so? And why the hell don't you just tell her the truth and that you don't appreciate her teasing?

She's probably teasing you for the fact that you haven't dated and turned someone down.
I think if it upsets you so much to be called lesbian, you do have some prejudice you need to confront. Would it bother you if someone falsely said your favorite color is blue? Not likely. So if you have nothing against GLBTQ this shouldn't bother you either. Maybe it's time you consider why it's a bad thing to be called a lesbian in your opinion...
