I went there, pretended to be part of the conference, and saved over $100 a night for my first 3 nights.
Is there a website or a way I can look up if there is a conference in the same city I am traveling too, book the room under the conference rate, and save money more often?

Most conferences are listed on a board in the lobby. Look for it as you enter the hotel.
some hotels list conferences on their website.

Most such conferences have special "codes" to get those discounts. And if you get caught, that would count as fraud, so you really may want to rethink your plan, sorry.
