You don't even know how old you are 16, 17 or 20 just in the last few weeks, you have no clue about where you would like to go, now Norway, most of the time it is Canada, so I suggest you get your head down at school and learn instead of wasting your time making up one story after another on here...
If you had a brother, if that brother was in Norway, if that brother happened to be a citizen then that brother would not be able to sponsor you to go there as Norway don't do chain migration
