How many calories is a jacket potato and beans from a cafe (no butter)?

Not sure on amount and grams etc as from cafe x just a rough guess would be great!

Without toppings a medium sized jacket potato (200g) has 218 calories, 4.6 g of protein, 0.2 g fat. Plain beans (not fried in grease) is about 100 calories per 1/2 cup.

The total is a little over 300 calories. I'd need to eat about 10 of these per day to maintain my body weight. See "The Starch Solution" by John McDougall to learn why this way of eating is very healthy.

Your average baked potato has 93 calories. 100g baked beans has 155! You can find out roughly the calories in almost anything by typing 'calories in...' Into Google. That's how I did it just now.

If you are counting calories, measure things out at home before you eat them. Then you'll be more aware of what 100g is and will be able to recognise it when you're out for food
