Has anyone successfully sued a doctor for medical negligence for causing Tardive Dyskinesia in the UK?

    I doubt it very much it is not like you have lost money on paying medical fees and any medication given has side affects and are balanced between do they help your illness and what side affects do they/can they cause and it is the patients duty to return to their doctor to report any side affects to enable them to access........... so I would like to see what fool would try to sue a doctor for medical negligence for this and what evidence they think they have to do so, maybe only someone with major mental health issues would even consider this course of action
