As a rule they should be fine as long as you keep the cage somewhere off the floor where they can't reach, make sure you never leave a guinea-pig alone in a room with either pet if it's out and most importantly know your animals. I'd suggest locking them out of the room entirely when you're handling it.
My dog adored my piggies and thought they were her puppies; she initially tried to lick them whenever they were being handled (although we thought this would be distressing for them so we just shut her out the room) and would guard them in their run. My cat was never much of a hunter so she never bothered with them, and the neighbour cat was always chased off by the dog. Knowing your own animals personalities will be a big help in answering that.
Hope this helps c:

I have 5 cats, 2 dogs and 2 guinea pigs. You need a secure cage or the guinea pigs need to be in a room with the door shut.
