If you have creative skills such as making things/painting/etc you could sell the things you make at a local shop or online. Etsy is great. Also Redbubble.

Although with redbubble you have to say you're 16 or they'll delete your account. But age doesn't matter really if your parents are okay with it. Once you sell enough stuff and earn $20 they will transfer your earnings to a paypal account, or they can send you a check if you make $100+

Redbubble is a place where you design art, upload it, and then people buy your art on merchandise like t-shirts and tote bags and coffee mugs. Then Redbubble handles everything, printing/shipping/etc. All you have to do is maintain the designs on your shop and receive a percentage of money for everything you sell. It's so simple! I've made $457 off it in the last year and I barely did anything.

Anyway, that's one option. It might not work for you and that's okay other people will probably have better suggestions.
