Is it okay if I use charger of same voltage but different mA ?
I have 2 charger one 180 ma and another 120 mA, so is it okay if i use one with 180 for device work on 120 mA?

First, VERY importantly, the voltage must be right. If you are talking about USB chargers, then they are all 5 volts and no problem. If you are talking about any other kind of charger then the voltage could be anything. The voltage must be right first.
After that, the current (mA) is less of a worry. If your device only needs 120 mA there is no problem with a charger that can deliver more than that.

No problem. As long as the voltage is correct, the current won't matter. The 120mA will simply charge your device or battery a bit slower than the 180 mA.

You can use so 120 mA charger for 180 mA device, but using long time it can harm your device. You can use sometimes if you have not specific charger. I truely tells you because it happen with me.
