Why does Herculaneum never get the same sort of attention that Pompeii does?

Update:

Both Towns were utterly destroyed by Mount Vesuvius in 78AD and from what I can tell Herculaneum was a very well known and popular location. I'm not trying to make light of the fact that anyone died at all because it really is a deeply sad event. But it seems like Pompeii seems to get far more attention in terms of documentaries, films and even music. By all accounts it's much closer to the Vesuvius then Pompeii is as well.
