If you have backups in iTunes or iCloud, you can try restore your iPhone.

Recovering photos is only available for iOS 8.. iOS8.1.3 somethin like that. The photos you accidentally deleted will last for 30 days, you can either permanently delete it or recover it. But if you're not on iOS 8, I'm sorry I dunno.
