how can i download from torrent if my ISP is blocking it? I tried every possible clients and still can't download anything.?
Download starts when I enable protocol encryption but still nothing gets downloaded. Is there any way to bypass the blocking rather than buying a VPN ? You can suggest some free trusted vpn services (if there is any).

Are you sure it's your ISP that is blocking it? Maybe you're getting bad torrents. If the ISP is blocking it, get a VPN. There is no such thing as Free trusted VPN. I would never trust a free one. Check out Private Internet Access. They are cheap and easy to use. They don't keep logs either.
