Why do all intelligent people stop reading forum posts and questions as soon as they see any variation of the word "liberal"?

You've got it backwards. The problem is not the answerers, it's the IQ of the askers here. I showed my intelligent conservative brother what cons think is funny here. He told me he'd never come back because cons like those on Y!A Politics make all cons look dumb. Specifically, he pointed to the fact that they don't have a clue what socialism is, so they call liberals 'socialists'. This gets them brownie points, but only with other stupid people.

Normally, when a question starts off Hey, liberals then you already know 3 things 1 where the asker's political allegence stands and 2 what the intent of the question is .And 3 how most effectively to respond to the question. In the specific case of you narrative

Self-explanatory.

at least you're finally reaching out to intelligent people for answers....

Because intelligent arguments don't rely on gimmicks.

If you spell Obama with a zero intelligent people will ignore you. Same if you use the word "LIEberals" for liberals, or "Dims" for Dems, or "DEMONrat" for Democrat.

I guess that's why you read them.
