Well maybe hate is a bit strong. But not all people like children, it's just a preference thing

I hate them too and i am 15. My house is SURROUNDED by kids. Seriously, my neighbors have 5 kids all under the age of 12. My other neighbors have triplet 6 year olds. The house across the street has a 5 year old and a 7 year old. They all get together and play on or near my yard. They scream all day because some of them dont go to school yet. I want to scream out the window for them to shut up.

sounds like you just needed to rant. This isn't an actual question, and I'm sure in a few months your hate won't be this strong.

Your issue isn't with the child, it's with the parents who did not supervise her.

Have your parents (if you are a minor) contact her parents and ask them to replace the charger (it probably won't happen, but you can ask).

If you are old enough to handle your own affairs (18), YOU can contact them about the charger. Don't be rude or obnoxious, just explain the situation.

Try smoking weed, then you'll stop giving a **** and just laugh at the little bastards. And if his mom were to notice you being high, she'll probably never bring the kid back so you can't influence him. So win-win!
