tge plane has a very loud sound. Probably a c-130 or a bif plane, the sound of it is very loud. It has like 3 set of green and red light (probably the planes wing) and has been circling the neighborhood for about 4 times before shifting a littlebit away. I just read an article about the fbi using spy planes but it said that they used small planes. What could this mean?
