if u werent ready to own a babyand take care for it, why have sex in the first place?

Yeah. i guess it would be okay for my parents to kill be and torture me just because they own me.

Really? last time i checked, not having unprotected sex is the real solution to overpopulation. Get responsible women and men.

So here is the great news for you! You will never be required to have an abortion! No one can force you to do it, so when you get a little older and understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan, or you find out that sex is a fun thing to do regularly, and you accidentally get pregnant - you don't have to have an abortion!
Meanwhile - you don't get to inflict your judgment on everyone else in the world.
EDIT - well now I see you are a boy, and even younger than I had thought. You are also wrong about what you think socialism is, and no - you can't sue Facebook. Are you above the age allowed to post on Yahoo??

I'm just going to use your logic for a second:
If a country can make it a law... that a human being MUST sustain the life of another human (by law) then that means they should also make it law that you MUST donate blood, you MUST donate any organs you can if there is someone with a match that needs one (like kidney) even if there is a high risk to you... it should be law right? Anyone should legally have to put their body at risk to keep another alive... right that's basically your logic.
Right or wrong... the law and the government shouldn't have a say in it.
They should support education and discussion. let people decide what is right and wrong for them. Give them the most information on the subject that you can... that is what the government should do.

Actually, it's not murder.
The legal definition of murder does not hold up to a fetus.
You can not murder something that isn't a person.
It isn't murder when you're doing it in self defense.
Also, it isn't murder to simply deny someone access to your body, fluids, and organs.
That last one is a basic human right.
1.) The fetus, which is what we're talking about if we're talking about abortion, is inside of the pregnant person's body. The fetus is using their organs, bodily fluids, etc. If that person doesn't want that fetus there, it IS in fact their right to remove it.
No one and nothing has a right to use a person's body without consent.
Not only does that violate bodily integrity, it's a violation of freedom from slavery.
2.) Sex is for more than reproduction.
Really, even animals understand that.
3.) Actually, as long as they have claims of some sort, there are plenty of horrible things your parents can put you through. Things that would be considered torture, violations of human rights, etc if you were 18+.
The argument isn't really that the pregnant person owns the fetus though. It's that the fetus is inside of their body. So, yeah, pretty much it's up to them whether they carry to term or not. Because they're the ones dealing with this. Not strangers who have absolutely no clue what's going on.
4.) I don't really get where this one came from.
It's really not.
People who seek abortion often have children. Others go on to have children later.
It does more for helping to prevent poverty from becoming worse by forcing a pregnant person further into poverty, and dragging the kids they already have plus the kid coming from the pregnancy along with them. Plenty of studies prove that once a kid is born into poverty, getting out is all but impossible.
Also, most people seeking abortion used contraception.
What's really at fault here isn't lack of using contraception.
It's a culture that still believes the blind leading the blind is a good way to teach about sex education.
Combined with sex education that literally lies about what contraception is and how it works.
Compounded with the concept that it's better a 16 year old be carrying a baby then get a pack of birth control with a bag of chips.
5.) Oh GOD what the HELL is wrong with you? There is so much wrong here, I can't even.
A.) A RAPE VICTIM IS NOT A ******* CRIMINAL. A RAPE VICTIM IS A VICTIM OF A CRIME! A RAPE VICTIM DOES NOT DESERVE TO GO TO JAIL, YOU SICK ****.
B.) No one gets an abortion to punish the ******* fetus!
C.) Denying a person who became pregnant from rape the abortion they want is ******* TORTURE. THE U.N has stated that, even in cases where rape isn't involved, forcing a person through an unwanted pregnancy by denying them an abortion is TORTURE.
D.) We live in a country where it's legal in many states for a rapist to sue for parental rights. So, if you would, please shut up and sit down. No one wants to hear your stupid, twisted, ignorant ideas that do nothing but endanger born people and literally nothing for fetuses.
Finally, pro-life is entirely based on ignorance.
You don't understand pregnancy, you don't understand fetal development, you don't understand human rights, you don't understand what it takes to care for a pregnancy, you don't understand laws in this country, Your idea of responsibility is going through a pregnancy, no matter what, damn the consequences, **** born people and their children and their families. Your idea of concern for life begins and ends with a fetus being born, and is quite literally concerned with nothing else.

1. If you agree the woman can do what she wants with her body then she can choose not to use it for someone else's gain. We don't force people to donate blood or the like.
2. Because it feels good, and contraception doesn't work 100% of the time. Plus, teens aren't known for their great decision making. Also, rape is sometimes a thing.
3. Don't think I've ever actually seen this argument.
4. Or this one.
5. See #1, a person should not be forced to use their body against their will.

1. Yes, it is. Until able to survive independently of its mother, a fetus is a part of the mother's body, at best, and a parasite at worst. If you insist on treating a fetus as a human life from the moment of conception, a variety of absurd consequences follow: many fertility treatments are suddenly murder (because they produce "wasted" fertilized embryos); some forms of contraception are illegal (because they prevent the implantation of a fertilized embryo); the doctors separating conjoined twins risk murder charges (in the event that one of the twins dies); medical necessary abortions of non-viable fetuses are illegal (leading to suffering, and even death for their mothers).
2. Yeahh right. Because punishing teenage irresponsibility with the huge responsibility of parenthood is *such* a good idea. Contraception is not 100% effective and you have no right to push your medieval sexual morals on other people. As a matter of policy, abstinence-only does not work.
3. Strawman. You might have encountered this argument in ancient Rome (where it was accepted social practice to kill unwanted newborns by abandoning them after birth), but no one seriously argues this today.
4. Strawman.
5. Bad analogy. The correct analogy is: your parents mugged someone and shot their victim's friend. The victim's friend now needs a kidney transplant. You think the victim should have to donate their kidney to save their friend's life and should go to prison for murder if they don't. At the same time, you should not particular interest in the punishment of your parents.
If in future you wish to sway people with your cunning arguments you should:
1. proof-read them before you post them.
2. make sure they're actually cunning.

1. Yes, the baby IS part of her body, they are connected.
2. Because people are genetic ally programmed to want to have sex.
3. A fetus is not a human, it is a future human.
4. Yes, abstinence works really well. Apparently you aren't big on statistics
5. That isn't a good analogy at all. You are saying a child is a prison sentence.
