at night, plane flying lia over my neighborhood?

tge plane has a very loud sound. Probably a c-130 or a bif plane, the sound of it is very loud. It has like 3 set of green and red light (probably the planes wing) and has been circling the neighborhood for about 4 times before shifting a littlebit away. I just read an article about the fbi using spy planes but it said that they used small planes. What could this mean?

Btw i got vid of it but its night so u can barely see anything bur the Lights

Btw x2 i live in gwinnett county, can not me some military plane doing some drill cause there are no military airbases around this suburban area

    And we would know why or who it is exactly how??? You do realize that there are CIVILIAN planes as well out there. The FBI planes in question were small 2 passenger planes.
