can i sue facebook? read?
my iphone has tons of pics of girls and stuff. when i get home, my parents get me in trouble. i ask why and on my facebook, my entire cameraroll is posted on facebook under my name even though i didnt post it. is this invasion of privacy? can i sue facebook

it is very likely that that was a user error, and you mistakenly uploaded the whole camera roll. It is very unlikely that Facebook did it themselves, and even if you are extremely sure they did, it would be nearly impossible to prove (especially since there are over 1billion users, why they targeted you would seem silly). When you sign up for Facebook, you also agree to let them use posted photos for any purpose, and may have agreed to some other things.
So, it's unlikely it was caused directly by Facebook, and as a multibillion dollar company, they have the absolutely the best lawyers.
so can you sure them? yes. Will you waste a whole bunch of money? definitely

You can sue a ham sandwich if you want, but it may cost you 5K to get it started, gets thrown out, and your money is gone.
