Help me to decide what to do about new job! Should I stay at my current job or go to new one? I'm Overwhelmed and stressed, please help!?
I have job offer and process was long and drawn out. They kept me waiting and when offered position I had less than 24 hours to decide. I accepted I did not want to pass up. It's not my dream job, but a good opportunity, current job is not terrible, but don't really like it. I don't feel satisfied or valued, but it's not torture either. I ended up in the hospital with cardiac issues need to do follow up tests and can only delay start date by a few weeks. That is not enough time for me to come up with money for co pays and deductibles.
I m not 100%physically and I feel depressed and anxious. The new job is a pay cut and my finances are a mess I have to pay some things off, fix the car, need new appliances, etc,. I don t want to be stuck at my current job and if I say no now to new job that maybe a door that is closed in the future, since I initially accepted. This new job is chance to have a job where I feel valued. I feel like I'm dammed if I do and damned if I don't.
