Church membership questions?

Well I'm joining an church and I got a paper to fill out and some of questions has me confused so bare with me. First question is the membership request I have full membership or watch care I don't get that and another one is if I'm baptized which is no but I was wondering if I would have to be in order to join thanks its two different questions so thanks in advance

    Membership in a Church usually requires baptism.

    You would do better to contact the church. All we can do is speculate on what watch care is.
