Yes, it can handle light gaming and recording. I recommend you try building your own computer to save money.
The 270X or 280X are way too powerful for a low-end A6.

Loose the cooling fan since the CPU comes with one. Cheap out a little more on the mobo. Then go for a better graphics card. I recommend the radeon row 270x or the 280x both have 2 or 3gb a vram
