A virus is is the smallest thing on your list, however some tiny bacteria Mycoplasmas can be as small as 20nm whereas a large virus (Mimivirus) can be up to 100nm so there is some overlap. However the smallest virus would be the smallest thing on your list.
The problem is your question asks for the smallest organism and it's debateable whether a virus qualifies as an organism. There are also pathogens that some people call organisms (not I though) called Prions. However I think there might also be overlap between large proteins (a prion is a malformed protein that can cause other proteins to become malformed) and small viruses.

The correct answer is bacterium.
Red blood cells and lymphocytes are blood cells, not living organisms.
Viruses are not living organisms, even though they're the smallest thing on your list.
