I'm a now an employee for a Customer Service Call Center and sometimes I get anxious. This is my 1st job ever I just need tips.?

I work as Support Center Agent for the PA Department for almost 5 months now and yes I'm getting better just need a confident boost.

Update 2:

I'm 28 years old and a grad of a Job Training School The Sierra Group Academy in 2014. Also I have mental illness in which is being treated by a visit to therapy and medication for more than 5 years and also I have a Job Coach who is really nice. Some calls can bring a girl down just wanted to remain more positive and not to take my anger out on anyone that I love and work with.

    Wow, you work at a customer service call center and you are only anxious sometimes? You are a model of composure, kudos to you!

    Call centers and customer service are two of the most stressful jobs ever. Many experienced professionals couldn't do them for 10 minutes without a full-blown panic attack. So you're doing great!

    If it helps any, when things are going wrong just think, "this, too shall pass." Meaning, no matter what a bad day you have, it will likely be better tomorrow. You probably won't even remember that demanding customer next year. In 10 years, you'll barely remember this job at all.

    Honestly, if you can deal with the stress at this job, you'll have no problems in the future!
