Getting rid of Malware or Adware. especially Pro PC Cleaner?

Question

Like most of us, downloading  a safe app,
I missed, clicking off unwanted additional programs.. Unable to Uninstall them, using the Control Panel. Are there any good programs to delete them. Using 
McAfee, doesn t work on those.
It says I am safe, but that Pro PC Cleaner, still  shows up.

It depends on which version of McAfee you have. The regular anti-virus program cleans virus' only (anti-virus is not the same as anti-malware). Pro PC Cleaner is classified as a malware program.

I use malwarebytes anti-malware program. They have a free version as well as a version you can buy. Malwarebytes Antimalware and SuperAntiSpyware are both pretty good.
