If you take the initial height and velocity to be zero at t=0 then you need an equation for the thrust of the engine and relate that to the acceleration due to gravity. Integrating this acceleration equation once will give you an equation for velocity and when that equals zero the rocket has reached its maximum height. Use that value for t in the second integration to actually calculate that maximum height.
