Can I sue my apartment community if I went to a pool party and got a parasite in my arm as a result?
Currently I am four months pregnant and I truthfully don't know my medical options. I don't know what sorts of treatment will or can effect my unborn baby. That being said, my apartment community had a pool party recently. I went and took my child. A few days later I noticed {What looks and feels like a worm crawling under my skin) I am wondering, if the is a parasite, can I sue the apartment community?

You can sue, but you'd have to prove the parasite came from the pool. Depending on state law you may also have to prove that the apartment complex knew, or should have known about the danger of parasites being present in the water, yet failed to take action to remove the parasite.

You have no idea where that parasite (if it is one) came from. You live in that building; you could have picked it up anywhere, at any time, not merely by the pool. It could even have come from somewhere other than your building.
No, you probably don't have a case, and anyway, you need to be seeing a doctor before all else.
Somehow I think you're merely a troll.

Go see a doctor.
Once the doctor determines exactly what it is, talk to a lawyer. But the first question will be: How can you prove this came from the pool party?

first of all you need a doctor:; a dermatologist
most likely. Then I would search for an attorney
to help you search for your rights in this situation.

No. See a doctor and get it treated, and don 't wait.
