    My best advice for you this (and every) summer is to eat healthy, exercise by doing weight lifting, and either jogging or going for a long run every day. If you do these things, you will get faster, stronger, and into better shape, which will greatly improve your chances of becoming a successful, top notch quarterback in football.

    By the way, the best way for you to improve your throwing abilities is to throw regularly. My best advice for you is to throw a football 40-50 times per day at a specific target, with 80% of them being normal, medium-range throws, and the other 20% being long range throws. Doing this will help improve your throwing abilities, while greatly reducing your risk of injury. Obviously, throwing at a specific target will greatly improve your accuracy.

    Well there are allot so im not going to explain them all but if you want to become better take a class around 100 dollars... But if you're a bad singer your a bad singer there is no exercise that will cure that. btw- You may want to do the do re me fal so thing when you wake up and at night and don't stand still sit down stand up jump in the air because it is harder to do it while moving and it will stretch your vocal cords leaving them looser and you will have a wider range.
