Im 17 and my dad said I have to go with him up north this weekend. Do I have the right to stay home or with my grandma?? Legally?

    Assuming he's your legal guardian for the day, you have to as told. Next year you can tell him to **** off - and your family can return the favor by cutting off any and all support. Not being a whiny ***** is a good idea if your father provides any material support to your life.
