    circumference of cylinder = 2πr = 8π units

    lateral area = 8πh = 88π units²

    base area = πr² = 16π units²

    top area = base area = 16π units²

    total surface area = 88π + 16π + 16π = 120π units²

    Ahh...you mean total surface area??

    so, 2πr² + 2πrh => 2π(4)[4 + 11] units²

    i.e. 2π(60) => 120π units²

    A = 2 π r ² + 2 π r h

    A = 2 π r [ r + h ]

    A = 8 π [ 15 ]

    A = 120 π units²______Option C
