I cry so easily at stupid things?

I cry very often. I cry during sad movies, certain songs, situations. Everything. If someone confronts me about something, I cry, even if it is no big deal. Even if I am crying Happy tears, I cry so much it becomes hystarics. Once I start I can't stop, even after the issue has been dealt with. I've been this way forever, but I do have clinical depression. I don't know if it's related. I can't help it, no matter how much I Try. It's becoming a problem as I can hardly have any kind of critical communication without crying. And it is super embarrassing. Is this a physical/mental problem? Does anyone else have this issue? What do I do????

Sounds like depression. Well at least, that's what my depression does to me. I have clinical depression too. Sometimes something so little will have me bawling my eyes out. I would talk to a therapist to come up with some coping skills to help! I hope the best for you! :)

Lack of sleep, hormones, being a puśśy, etc it can be a number of things. You haven't given an age or gender so it's harder to know.
