Alright so here it is, I've had a crush on this guy for about 2 years now. We have spoken before but we were just acquaintances because he had a crush on my ex best friend but I liked him,, well anyway he was dating the girl he's with now but he would sometimes flirt with my best friend and at the same time flirt with me over the phone. Right now, it's eating me up. I just want him to know that I like him, even though he has a girlfriend. I'm mostly certain he doesn't like me but I just want to finally get it off my chest. How am I to do this right? What can I say and how can I say it?
