Why is MM not that popular anymore, why isnt he on tv or mtc anymore?? will he have another shock rockstar like him?? did his fame die?

Was he ever really that popular, though? I feel like he's always appealed to a very particular audience, and never really had mainstream popularity. He probably still has a dedicated fan-base. Another thing is that he's 46 years old, and as singers/musicians get older, the general public tends to care less about them because they aren't "young" and "hot" anymore.

I still listen to Marilyn Manson, I think preference is a lot to do with it. His new album is good.

He was a fit for a particulair genre and within a limitted generation of fans. Fact is I'm surprised he still remembered at all.

He got boring. Really, once Eminem parodied him on My Name Is... his days were over. Plus... all he was was a 90s version of Alice Cooper... not really original at all.
