How to stop concealer caking/creasing?

How can you stop concealer/foundation creasing/caking under your eyes and around the nose?

I have quite dry skin that flakes easily. Is that to do with it? If so how can I prevent the dry skin?

Ok take a moisturizers and rub it under your eyes and wait like a min to sink in then apply the concealer in side ways movement I would use a your ring finger not a brush it shows lines and also don't use a sponge it soaks up the makeup and leaves it thin that's not want u want ok next take a make setting spray and pat it on let that dry then cake on the powder it's a good thing because then grab a small brush and brush off excess and there you go if u don't feel comfortable with caking on the powder then use the amount u want :)

    Apply face moisturizer.

    Apply face primer.

And then blot the concealer /foundation with a makeup brush or sponge. If you have neither , drag it out with your ring finger. Remember , cheaper foundation doesn't work as well and won't lost as long.

Source(s): Experience. I wear makeup everyday. And actually, sponges are great for applying foundation. It blends it in easy and without a mess on your fingers.

I would say yes, it is a bit much for school. However, if you're comfortable with wearing it and you like the way it looks/make you feel go for it! Personally I don't bother with much makeup for school because for me, it's not worth the effort. I just stick to mascara and eyeliner. Maybe a bit of cover up if I have a pimple. But if you like wearing make up, don't let anyone tell you not to wear it. It's your body and you can do with it as you please. Hope this helps!

Simple: Make moisturizing a part of your skincare routine and start using primers.

I put face lotion on before I put on my makeup and make sure you blend really well.
