Hey you can't say India jealous on pakistan .but your qution is totally oposite that your qution the fact is pakistan jealous on India becouse India has a power and big devlopment country like ISRO and technology and india is going to Assia's powerfull country. rather than pakistan don't have any power and devlopment so india do not need to jealous on pakistan and that is fact..

I've never seen any indication that India is "jealous" of Pakistan. Much less any reason why they should be. Can you provide any evidence to back up your wild speculation?

Jealous? No.
Animosity? Yes, but that goes both ways between the nations. Been that way ever since decolonization.
