what qualities need to become a successful businessman?

Be sure to Google the principles of success; they apply in any field. "Businessman" is too broad of a term. A "professional" businessman is accurate, precise, clear with details. What have you done so far? What is it you don't understand?
You can be intelligent, innovative, and aspire to great things with a good work ethic, but unless you pick the right subject or vocation, you will doom yourself to mediocrity. You cannot teach a duck to be a good runner, for example. No matter how hard he trains or how much he learns, he will only complain about hurting feet and never, ever be better than a mediocre runner. Ducks are made to swim and fly, not run.
Think of yourself with a purpose, but nobody to tell you what it is (there is no quack). You were designed with a purpose in mind. You have special aptitudes that are unique to you, that fit your purpose. It is so easy and clear what to choose once you know your purpose (that only you can answer).
Go to any major college and take their free aptitude test, and that will match your aptitudes with the different vocations and majors. You will have a leg up on most people, because for the first time in your life you will "know" what you're doing and why with direction, and transition from existing and going through the motions to true life.
Once you know "what" to do, then it is a simple matter of acting responsible with honesty and truth in duty and love and determination and patience. With direction, you will develop a goal that will determine your legacy.
You cannot reduce life to a single sentence or question. Life is discovery, and if you want to know what you're doing, life is continual learning; it's an effort, not a question, not something you can expect to enjoy otherwise.
