Displaying flags horizontally. What is proper?
In our new home we will be hanging our flags (US and College) from the porch overhang rather than on a pole. Thus they will be horizontal rather than vertical. If memory serves from the street the US flags should have the stars on the right. My question is more does it matter what order they should be hung in. With placing one on each side of the front door does it matter which one goes where?
DUMBFOUNDED that someone who claims to have been a Marine would say do not worry about it.

I honestly wouldn't worry about it...
