That depends on what you think Witches are. The majority of people think Witches are what we see on tv. Real Witches are far from it. Then you also get the fakes and fluffies who make Witchcraft out to be some romantic, fantasy where they can do whatever they want. Despite what these people want to believe, Witchcraft DOES have limitations, and one must have realistic expectations when doing workings.

Yes, Witchcraft does exist. There are practitioners all over the world. You can not believe in it as a practice, just as someone can not believe in Christianity as a religion, but you cannot claim Witches don't exist, at least not in a realistic sense. Cartoon Witches definitely don't exist, as we don't live in a cartoon.
