I agree with ?'s suggestion. Maybe the internet is causing you to 'slack' a little bit. Just enough to get you hooked on video games, or TV shows, or whatever interests you.
Make sure you tell yourself, I HAVE to GET IT DONE. The longer you wait to get it done, the more likely you forget about it, and then are reminded of it either when it is too late, or at the last minute.
If you wait until the last minute to lets say writing an essay for English class, the more likely you will not get the score you wanted on it. Simply because you did not have enough time to proof read, gather information, site your sources, and so on and so forth.
If video games, TV, and the internet is the problem. ?'s suggestion isn't a bad one. Maybe just for an hour of your day. Unplug your router, and get the things you NEED to get done, done.
It is always better to kick your feet up knowing that it is already completed, and you await your next task. Then to have your feet up, knowing deep down you need to get it done... but you are comfortable... so why should it matter...
Hope all goes well.

Procrastinating comes from lack of interest.
Seeing as how you posted this on the internet, you must be interested in the internet and surfing websites.
Try turning off the internet and all your other tech devices for a few hours and use that time to *take interest* in whatever it is that you have been procrastinating about.
